Spanning over two decades in the world of cinema, he is a national and international award-winning Writer, Producer & Director. His debut feature, multiple award-winning English language film THE LAST MONK was premiered in Cannes selection. Then came AKHNOOR.
Both placed Sen's cinema in world map. Among his distinguished works include the “Unprecedented" blockbuster Hindi film of 2023, “THE KERALA STORY”, and socio-political dramas such as BASTAR - THE NAXAL STORY and many more. His short and documentary films have garnered local and international accolades.
Currently, his production company's maiden folklore feature film CHARAK (Fair of Faith) is planned for a 2025 international debut.
Sen is helming a new Hindi feature film as its Writer & Director, under his banner.

Rajesh is an Executive Producer with over 3 decades of experience in the Indian film industry.
He has collaborated with some of the most well-known figures in Hindi and regional cinema. Some notable film works include Border, Refugee, LOC - Kargil, Umrao Jaan, Panipat, Pippa & Do Patti. He has been a strong supporter of commercial and independent cinemas.
As an Associate Producer of the upcoming home production CHARAK, he intends to spread the voice of STC's independent cinema through stimulating lined-up projects.
Writer, Producer & Director
A novelist, screenwriter, lyricist, actor, producer and a director - Amarnath is a complete and ardent cinema professional.
He has worked in theatre, films, television and brand-new platform - OTT. He is the Creative Director for STC's maiden production, CHARAK. An earlier prominent work as a screenwriter includes the socio-political drama film, BASTAR - THE NAXAL STORY.He also penned much anticipated Telugu film MAA KALI. Currently he is writing couple of upcoming films for Sudipto Sen. His written Series, FAUJI 2, is streaming on DD's Waves (OTT platform).He has penned an insightful novel, deCODE RED: Inside Story of Maoist Operations. His future slates comprise of few exciting and real-life based Films and Series.
Writer
An engineer turned filmmaker; screenwriting became his fervent forte. He has written a children's feature film SAALAM BACHCHE and rom-com drama. Farauq worked in the theatre as a writer & backstage support, as associate director in tele and feature films, and has directed short films. Writing poems is an equal passion.
Farauq is the screenplay and dialogue writer in the upcoming home production, CHARAK. His screenplay for a short feature, RU BA RU, won a Special Jury Mentioned Award at the prestigious Jaipur International Film Festival 2025.
To carry forward the independent voice of STC as a core team member, he is developing some interesting screenplays for the forthcoming home productions, films and Series.

Post-production & Visual Promotional Services, a new vertical of Sipping Tea Cinemas, is headed by Ujjwal, a much sought-after visual design artist in Indian cinema.
With over 15 years of expertise in visual promotional and film post-production, Ujjwal brings innovative thinking, an out-of-the-box work approach, and a seamless blend of creative and technical craftsmanship.
Ujjwal was a key lead player in many notable projects, including the upcoming home production Charak, and Chaadh, Surango, Kabuliwala, Thank God, Dard, Kaali, Thappad, Article 15, Mukti, Baadshaho, Mulk, Commando 3, Sonchiriya and Saandh Ki Aankh.
